Since the Industrial Revolution there has been a debate whether or not design is art. Since I started out in life as an artist who became a designer, I feel that yes, design is art. Design is functional art, or art with a specific purpose.

I enjoy the challenge of making something aesthetically pleasing that is also functional. With all art & design, I consider color, composition & the message I would like to express,
